In 2023, our founder Ulanda Richter was helping her family's HVAC business with quarterly GST. Three days, four spreadsheets, two Tally backups, and a quiet cry later — she asked the obvious question: why is this still so hard?
She spent the next month talking to 80+ small business owners. Same story, every time. Six tools, none talking. Compliance fear. Staff who couldn't be trained. Reports that didn't match.
So we built Bizezz. Not as another module-bolted-on legacy ERP, but as one cohesive workspace where sales, billing, GST, inventory and service finally share the same brain. Designed mobile-first, GST-native, and brutally simple.
