Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Bizezz platform, operated by Futrainc ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.

2. Subscription & billing

The Services are offered on a subscription basis per module or package. Fees are billed in advance (monthly or yearly). Applicable GST is charged additionally. Amounts paid are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You will not (a) reverse engineer the platform, (b) upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content, (c) attempt to access other tenants' data, or (d) use the platform to send spam or defraud third parties.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of business data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for lawful basis for processing personal data of your customers/employees.

5. Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and factors beyond our control. Enterprise SLAs may be offered separately.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or breach. You may cancel anytime; access continues till the end of the paid period. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days.

7. Warranty & liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services is capped at the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
