Shipping & Delivery Policy

Bizezz is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We do not ship any physical goods.
1. Activation
On successful signup, your workspace is provisioned instantly. Access credentials are emailed to the registered work email address.
2. Paid subscriptions
Modules and packages are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway. This usually happens within a minute.
3. Delays
If your subscription is not activated within 30 minutes of a successful payment, write to support@bizezz.com with the transaction ID and we will resolve it on priority.
4. Physical shipments
Merchants using Bizezz may ship physical goods to their customers. Any shipping/delivery terms for such goods are set by the merchant, not by Bizezz.
